But in these modern times, where we barely find relaxation in our daily lives and when the pollution levels are high, our dietary habits are poor and stress levels are on the rise, it is quite difficult to have such skin. Nowadays, there is a huge number of cosmetic products in the market, which claim themselves to instantly brighten our skin. But most of them have chemicals that can cause harm in the long term. Thus, there are certain natural techniques available to brighten your skin that are not only easy but do wonders for your skin and are also gentle and sustainable.
There are several natural ways to brighten your skin that are gentle and successful. With natural ingredients, you not only improve your skin’s radiance, but you nourish it as well. These can add brightness without harsh chemicals, and they can be used on almost any skin type. Below are the top, simple-to-follow tips, and natural home remedies to get a glowy skin tone.

Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to ensure that your skin is hydrated and elastic. Try to add a slice of lemon to your water as lemons contain vitamin C that whitens the skin.

2. Eat a Balanced Diet Rich in Antioxidants

Foods high in antioxidants such as berries, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds reduce the risk of oxidative stress and keep your skin healthy and glowing. Oatmeal and Yogurt Scrub: Mix oats with yoghurt for a light, soothing scrub. Oatmeal feels soothing and yogurt has lactic acid that dissolves dead cells without itching.

5. Apply Aloe Vera Gel
